👉 Point → Reason → Example → Point
- **P (Point)**:先表明觀點
- **R (Reason)**:給出原因
- **E (Example)**:舉例支持
- **P (Point again)**:重申立場

1️⃣ W-H 問題框架(最基本)
👉 用 5W1H(Who, What, When, Where, Why, How)
- Who is responsible for this task?
- What is the deadline?
- When should I submit it?
- Where will the meeting be held?
- Why is this approach recommended?
- How should I proceed with this?
2️⃣ Context → Question(背景 + 具體問題)
👉 不要直接丟問題,先給背景,對方比較容易理解。
- I read that the contract term is 24 months. Could you please tell me what happens if I move to another place before it ends?
- During the last interview, Isaac mentioned flexible working hours. Could you please confirm if that’s available for this role?
結構:
背景(一句話) + 問題(一句話)
3️⃣ Yes/No 問題 + 細節追問
👉 先問 Yes/No,然後接細節。
- Does the company provide laptops for employees?
- If yes, is it assigned permanently or shared?
這樣能逐步得到清晰答案。
4️⃣ 開放式 vs 封閉式 問題
- 封閉式(Closed)= 獲得明確答案(Yes/No/數字)
“How many days of annual leave are offered?” - 開放式(Open)= 讓對方多分享細節
“What kind of training opportunities are available?”
👉 面試或談事情時,最好 兩種問題搭配使用。
5️⃣ 禮貌問法(緩衝語)
為了讓語氣專業,不要太直接,可以加:
- May I ask…
- Could you please tell me…
- I wonder if you could explain…
- Would you mind sharing…
🎯 小技巧
- 一個問題一句話,不要太長 → 方便對方聽懂。
- 先問大方向,再問細節 → 條理清楚。
- 避免模糊詞(比如「那個東西」)→ 用具體名詞(salary, training, travel expenses)。
